Ellen Quinn Sullivan holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas, Denton, and was a public school art teacher for 12 years. She has been a professional building designer since 1994. The National Council of Building Designers seal is prominent on her plans. This prestigious seal is an assurance of her ability to create a design concept that will be practical to construct and meet the client's needs. Services and Fees

Planning a remodel project or designing a new home is a process which requires communication between you and Ellen along the way. Plans include eight (8) sets of residential plans, custom designed. Plans include front, back and both side elevations, floor plans, electrical and plumbing layout, plot plan with placement of structure, and aerial view of roof. Foundation plans, section views and framing plan also available.

Fees are subject to change. Payment for services as follows:
- 1/3 of estimated fee as a retainer to begin design
- 1/3 of estimated amount at delivery of first preliminary plan
- 1/3 of estimated amount at delivery of final plans
The fee for remodel designs is estimated before design work begins so both designer and homeowners are in agreement.
